2. The Algarveshuttle.com tours are fully covered by the mandatory insurances for this activity, including:
a. Civil Liability Insurance
b. Road Insurance
c. Personal Accident Insurance
3. On our website, in www.algarveshuttle.com, you will find a detailed description of each of our tours.
4. All tours are subject to prior reservation and availability.
5. Our Tours do not include meals.
6. The price of the Tours is total per vehicle, with a maximum number of 6 participants.
7. Our Tours are done by experienced non-smoking drivers where punctuality and friendliness prevail.
8. There is no minimum age to participate in our Tours. The customer undertakes to inform at the time of booking of the existence of children under 13 years of age, so that we can provide the respective safety equipment, in accordance with the applicable legislation and in order to ensure maximum safety on board.
9. Algarveshuttle.com is not responsible for extra delays, whether they are caused by traffic or by entering the places to be visited.
Booking & Payment Policies

2. The reservation is only valid when confirmed via email info@algarveshuttle.com by Algarveshuttle.com
3. Algarveshuttle.com, considers itself entitled to cancel tours, up to 48 hours after the reservation of the same, committing to the full refund of amounts already paid.
4. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties on the total price of the tour:
– Up to 30 days before arrival, no penalty is applied. Exceptions are entrance tickets, third-party activities such as wine tasting appointments, etc.
– 30 days to 15 days before arrival: 20% penalty;
– Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% penalty. However, Algarveshuttle.com reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.
